You’re busy. But that’s good, right? You’ve always dreamed of this. Running your own business, doing what you want, when you want. But the emails.don’t.stop. You’re drowning in your paperwork; you can’t be away from your computer or phone for any extended period of time. You didn’t plan on this.

But what’s up with that company name? You can read more about it here.

I help small business owners get back precious time and focus on the things they love. I do this by taking all the messy and time-consuming paperwork off your hands and allow you to focus on your passion and the very reason why your clients hire you.

For over a decade, I’ve worked in the luxury hotel sector in three different AAA Five Diamond Hotels in Hawaii and Southern California. I have quite literally worked on over a thousand weddings. During that time, I’ve serviced clients requiring the utmost diplomacy and confidentiality, as well as creative problem solving. In turn, I have also played the role of intermediary between vendor and client. For example, a bride would call me saying “I really wanted Florist XYZ, but they won’t return my emails, so I gave up on them.” Or a groom would email me saying “We heard Photographer ABC was the best, but they just won’t get back to me.” And it goes on and on.  I knew that these vendors (probably just like you) were fantastic at their craft, but they were missing out on business, and they just needed some tactical help.

Perhaps you and your entire team were on site at an event and a potential customer, or two, was trying to book you?  Maybe you were physically meeting with another couple, and there it goes, that was your phone vibrating again, wasn’t it?  Do you need some tips on better communication to reduce the amount of time wasted with double-checking and follow up? Or maybe you need assistance in closing the sale? If you could just marry these two parts (pun intended) the creative side and the business side, I know that small businesses like yours would be unstoppable.

I am a strong believer in continuing education and you’ll find me at events such as Engage!, Making Things Happen and a blogging workshop by Liene Stevens. I have my Certified Meeting Professional Certification by the Convention Industry Council and recently completed the Gay Wedding Institute Certification Course.

In my free time, I have a love-hate relationship with fitness and nutrition (guess which one I don’t like?), so you can find me hiking the beautiful terrain of Oahu, or I’m collecting cookbooks and doing more ooh-ing and aah-ing, rather than cooking.
